The supplier can use this to make up an order and the system will check that the order is "complete", issue a dispatch note and address labels while recording all relevant data. Instant data The dispatch or invoice note content can be accessed electronically by the recipient (instant data) to save time in inputting such information into their own systems. Bar code technology included All systems, note issuance and labels as well as product identification can carry unique bar coded IDs and the system will recognize and manage all scanned bar codes. Food chain traceability Recent legislation has made food chain traceability a legal requirement and Navatec provide an international service http://www.agrotraceability.com which integrates a food chain traceability recording system into the supply chain system.
