Key:
1 select currency of telecom transactions (bill/fee payment currency)
2 the number of people using telephones in your work environment (a single integer such as 1,5 10,100 and please note any numbers following any decimal point will be ignored)
3 input here the individual CT maintenence fee (divide the monthly total maintenance fee by number of people)
or if they all have individual telephone maintenance fees, input the actual monthly fee per user (an integer or decimal number)
4 input here the stated average charge per minute in decimal of currency so, for example, 1 cent of a USDollar would be 0.01 and 2 pennies of a GBPound would be 0.02 (a decimal number)
5input here the average time spent by users on the CT service in hours/day (light use would be up to one hour, medium use in sales and procurement could be up to 2 hours/day and heavy use such as in brokerages and trading companies CT use can exceed 4 hours/day
6 select the number of working days per month for your organization for example:
         - normal 5 day week, Monday through Friday, is 22 days
         - extended 6 day week, Monday through Saturday, is 26 days
         - full 7 day week, Monday through Sunday, is 30 days
7 select the Navatec Voyager service fee charge you are paying to your service supplier
